April 2017

First veg of the year, including tomatoes are in! New plant stocks are coming in weekly: heathers, hairy pots, lots of roses, 4 for £10 herbaceous and a variety of new shrubs. Please see stock list pages for a "latest in" list. Also in is Wool Compost as seen on TV. A real alternative to peat, wholly organic, and great as a potting compost.

We still have seed potatoes available & now's the time to get them in the ground. For a full list of the potato varieties please see the What's New page. We also have runner beans, peas, garlic and onion sets all sold loose.

Don't forget to start thinking about feeding and weeding, including the lawn. Also time to do any re-potting, & tie-ing in the clematis & roses
